At Dubkii India Culture Center Private Limited (“Dubkii India”), we strive to provide high-quality services and a seamless experience. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where cancellations or refunds are necessary. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds will be processed for courses, accommodations, and other services.
- General Cancellation Terms
- All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to contact@dubkii.com or through the Contact Us page on our website.
- Refund eligibility depends on the timing of the cancellation relative to the service start date.
- Refund Policy for Courses and Accommodations
2.1 Full Refunds
- Cancellations made more than 3 months before the service start date are eligible for a full refund, minus an administrative fee (details below).
2.2 Partial Refunds
- Cancellations made 2 months before the service start date are eligible for a 50% refund, with an administrative fee deducted.
2.3 No Refunds
- Cancellations made less than a month before the service start date or after the service has commenced are not eligible for any refund.
- Administrative Fee
- An administrative fee of $50 or 5% of the total amount paid (whichever is higher) will be deducted from eligible refunds.
- Special Exceptions
Refunds for emergency cancellations (e.g., medical emergencies or unforeseen personal circumstances) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation (e.g., medical certificate) must be provided.
- Refund Timelines and Method
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval.
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.
- Service Modifications or Cancellations by Dubkii India
- If Dubkii India cancels or reschedules a course, accommodation, or cultural program, users are eligible for a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
- Users will be notified of such changes promptly.
- Refund Policy for Payment Errors
In the event of payment failures, overcharges, or duplicate transactions, users must notify us immediately at contact@dubkii.com. Refunds for such errors will be processed within 5-7 business days of the claim.
- Non-Refundable Services
Certain services or fees, such as visa assistance or custom travel arrangements, are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
