Hindi Teacher

(Full-Time, Goa)

We are looking for 3 passionate Hindi teachers to join our team! If you love teaching and want to help international students learn Hindi through cultural immersion, this role is for you.

We also welcome native Hindi-speaking English teachers who can adapt modern techniques to Hindi instruction. </span>

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Hindi as a second language (L2) using engaging and interactive methods.
• Conduct on-campus and online classes tailored to different proficiency levels.
• Lead interactive city experiences to help students practice Hindi in real-life settings.
• Integrate Indian culture and real-life scenarios into language learning.
• Participate in morning meetings with other teachers to discuss student progress, goals, methods, and new ideas for improving lessons.

Requirements:

• B.A./M.A. in Hindi (literature, linguistics, or teaching); B.Ed./D.Ed. preferred.
• Native Hindi speaker with English teaching experience (preferred).
• Experience in teaching Hindi as a second language (preferred).
• Passion for cultural exchange and experiential learning.

English Teacher

(Full-Time, Goa)

Social Media Manager

(Full-Time, On Site)

This role will involve managing our social media presence, including our Instagram (three accounts), Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest, while engaging with our online community. You will be responsible for creating content, managing interactions, and integrating our website pages with social media platforms to enhance visibility. A passion for culture and community engagement is essential for this position. The role can be performed remotely, but will require close collaboration with the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow our Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
• Develop engaging content, including posts, reels, and blogs.
• Respond to comments and messages to build community.
• Align content with Dubkii’s cultural and educational vision.
• Track analytics and optimize social media strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
• Strong writing skills and ability to craft engaging, brand-aligned content.
• Knowledge of social media analytics and growth strategies (preferred).
• Passion for Indian culture, language learning, and community-building.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate remotely with the team.

Instagram Manager – Hindi & English Learners (Part-Time, Remote)

We are looking for two Instagram Managers to handle our dedicated accounts for Hindi learners and English learners. If you love creating engaging content, building online communities, and making language learning fun, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage Language Learners – Create interactive quizzes, vocabulary challenges, and fun breakdowns of movie scenes, jokes, and idioms to make learning engaging.
• Authentic Hindi Exposure – Manage the Hindi learners’ Instagram with a focus on real-life Hindi spoken in India.
• Holistic English Learning – Curate content for English learners related to mind health, yoga, and Ayurveda, connecting language with wellness.
• Community Building – Encourage discussions, respond to comments, and create polls to boost engagement.
• Collaborate & Optimize – Work with teachers and analyze insights to improve content.

Requirements:

• Passion for language learning and cultural exchange.
• Experience in social media management and content creation.
• Strong command of Hindi (for Hindi learners’ account) or English (for English learners’ account).
• Creativity and understanding of educational social media trends.
